Bank of America Plaza About to Hit the Market

Bank of America Plaza, the 55-story-tower that symbolized the last Atlanta commercial real estate boom and bust, is going back on the market.
The building will be listed for sale in a matter of days, according to people familiar with the decision. Owner CWCapital Asset Management makes the move more than four years after Bank of America Plaza, the city’s tallest office tower, went back to its lender.
