53 New Residential Projects Proposed Around Metro Atlanta

Atlanta's housing market is on fire, with hardly a day passing without another new residential development announced or proposed.
The Atlanta Board of REALTORS recently reported that 4,262 homes sold in the 11-county metro area during September, an increase of 12.3 percent over September 2014. Average and median sales prices continue to outpace 2014's prices, the Atlanta Board of REALTORS reported.
