The seven-story, 136,000-square-foot hotel will feature 204 rooms and a conference center with ballrooms and meeting rooms.  Other amenities include a restaurant, full-service bar and studio, and fitness center.  An additional 187 parking spaces will be added to an existing parking deck at the site.  The project will cost $34.4 million to construct.

“We are excited to begin work on our first project with Grove Street Partners, the developers of the hotel,” said Dave Schoendorf, vice-president of Batson-Cook.
