Clint Parker Named Director of Transportation for Hussey Gay Bell

Hussey Gay Bell announces Mr. Clint Parker, PE, PMP, as Director of Transportation, Atlanta, for the firm.
Mr. Parker has over 19 years of experience managing and designing large-scale transportation projects, notably for GDOT in the Atlanta Metro area. Projects of note that Mr. Parker has worked on include an award-winning GDOT Batch Project - SR 133 in Brooks & Colquitt Counties widening project; the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport 5th Runway; the SR 260/Glenwood @ SR 42/Moreland Ave. Intersection Improvements project; and other various roadway projects in the Atlanta area. Mr. Parker's experience extends to include Construction Engineering & Inspection, notably in GDOT Districts 1, 5 and 7. Other experience includes projects completed for MARTA, Fulton County, Gwinnett County, Southern Company and TDOT.

As Director, Mr. Parker is responsible for overall engineering design, cost estimating and permitting for transportation and highway-related pursuits, project management, business development, pursuit management and client relationship management. A licensed professional engineer holding registrations in Georgia, Alabama and Texas, Mr. Parker holds a Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering degree from Prairie View A&M University. Mr. Parker is a graduate of the ACEC Future Leaders Programs I & II and the recipient of an Exemplary Service Award for Engineering.
Affiliations include American Society of Civil Engineers, American Council of Engineering Companies of Georgia and American Society of Highway Engineers. Mr. Parker is a PMI Certified Project Management Professional and GaSWCC Level II Certified Design Professional.
Mr. Parker enjoys spending time with his wife and their five children, serving in his church, reading, playing basketball and golf.
