Aprio, LLP, formerly Habif, Arogeti & Wynne, the largest full-service, CPA-led business advisory firm based in Atlanta, Georgia, announced that Jim Canfield has joined Aprio as managing director of CEO Tools.
CEO Tools offers easy-to-use management tools and assessments that provide business leaders with greater insights into the financial mechanics of their business and how to improve operational performance and profitability. CEO Tools by Aprio is based on the work of Kraig Kramers, a nationally known speaker and business consultant. In 2001, Kraig authored CEO Tools: The Nuts-n-Bolts of Business for Every Manager’s Success; Aprio acquired the intellectual property of CEO Tools in 2015.
Throughout his career, Jim has focused on empowering CEOs and senior leaders to improve their businesses and their leadership skills through leadership development, executive coaching, business mentoring and peer-to-peer sharing. Under Jim’s leadership, CEO Tools will expand its offerings to include a modernization of the CEO Tools book, originally written by Kramers, expanded online tools, executive leadership coaching, and speeches and presentations on critical topics for growing businesses.
“CEO Tools by Aprio is another example of how we strive to bring value to our clients beyond traditional tax and accounting services,” said Richard Kopelman, CEO and managing partner at Aprio. “We are thrilled to have Jim joining the team as the leader of CEO Tools. His years of experience in business and executive coaching will provide our clients with invaluable guidance and resources to help them achieve what’s next.”
