Randstad Sourceright, one of the world's leading talent solution providers, announced it has established a Global Talent Innovation Center that will triple the company's investment in talent analytics and technology platforms. The move builds on the Randstad Group's recent acquisitions of Monster and Twago, and accelerates the development of innovative technology to help some of the world's largest companies tackle talent recruitment and management.

The Center will bring together a team of more than 30 talent strategy, technology and analytics experts from around the world, and will be led by Managing Director Michel Stokvis, a veteran human capital consultant with more than 20 years experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing and Managed Services Provider solutions. In addition to talent analytics and technology, the team will focus on developing innovative approaches to employer branding, talent experience, sourcing and recruiting strategies, as well as the integration of a contingent, freelance or temporary workforce.

"Technology is changing the way organizations source, attract, retain and engage talent," said Stokvis. "Our new Global Talent Innovation Center will invest in disruptive technology that will help organizations upend the traditional way they manage talent and provide new ways to quickly connect our clients to the right people for the right jobs."

The Center will combine Randstad Sourceright's existing technology platforms, with those from Monster and Twago, to advance digital hiring strategies. This integration will build on Randstad Sourceright's proprietary TalentRadar analytics platform, which translates raw data, market trends and industry insights into predictive talent acquisition and retention strategies that help organizations solve difficult recruiting and business challenges.

"In the past, human capital leaders have not had the same business intelligence and technology tools that other corporate functions use to drive business performance," said Rebecca Henderson, CEO of Randstad Sourceright. "Global shifts toward automation and a gig economy have now made data-driven analytics crucial to near- and long-term hiring strategies. This Center will develop and provide new ways to manage a changing, technology-driven workforce."
