Thursday, May 18th, 2017

Attorney Jenny Calvert shared her insights on the topic of litigation strategies at the 2017 Intellectual Property SpringPosium. The event, which is part of the Atlanta Bar Association’s CLE program, was held at the Lake Lanier Islands Resort in North Georgia and brought together over 60 leading IP attorneys from across the state.

Calvert’s session was titled “IP Litigation Strategies: TC Heartland, Halo and the New Federal Rules, Oh My!” and included panelists from top IP law firms in the region. Calvert believes the conference provides an excellent opportunity to gain knowledge and contacts, while helping to ensure law firms continue to serve the needs of clients involved in high-stakes litigation involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and other intellectual property.

“As advances in technology move at an incredible pace, so must the ability of companies to protect their investments in intellectual property,” said Calvert. “The SpringPosium is an excellent venue for learning about and sharing the most effective strategies for winning complex cases, and I’m already looking forward to next year’s conference.”
