Wag!, the first app to provide dog owners with instant access to quality dog walkers, is announcing its launch in 16 new cities nationwide after successful launches in major markets such as Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York. The expansion is part of the company's mission to help provide peace of mind to dog owners, knowing they can arrange a safe and reputable dog walker in a matter of minutes, as well as bring enjoyable exercise to dogs across the country.

Wag! is now available in Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Colorado Springs, Columbus, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Indianapolis, Las Vegas, Miami, Nashville, Philadelphia, Phoenix, San Antonio, and Washington D.C. Dog owners in participating cities can now have their dog walked at the touch of a button – even when they aren't home. Wag! is so confident that people will love the experience, they are giving users their first walk free!

Using Wag!, dog walkers can be summoned with as little as 30 minutes notice. Walks can be tracked on users' phones by GPS in real time. A "pup report" is delivered by the app at the end of each walk, including a picture/video of the pet, map of the route taken, and details on exactly when and where the pet did its business. Each Wag! walk is insured and bonded.

Dog owners can schedule a 20, 30, or 60-minute walk at any time of the day or night, as walkers are available 24 hours a day. For homes with multiple dogs, it costs just $5 for each additional dog to be walked.

"We are proud to expand our services to these pet loving cities across the country," said Josh Viner, co-founder of Wag!. "Dog owners can now have peace of mind that their dog can be walked by a safe and trusted walker, even in a pinch. As many pet lovers are also busy with professional and social responsibilities, it makes sense to provide them with services that can ease the stress of pet ownership with the touch of a button."

Wag! is also using its platform to encourage pet adoption, and has partnered with select shelters in the cities it serves to donate walks to new pet parents. Also, for every dog walked via Wag!, the company provides a meal to a dog in a shelter via its partnership with Rescue Bank.
