ACG Atlanta Announces New Board of Directors and Officers; Promotes Melanie Brandt to President & CEO

The Atlanta Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, the global organization focused on driving middle-market growth, selected new officers and directors to serve on ACG Atlanta Board of Directors. 

The following Directors at Large have been elected to serve three-year terms: 

  •     Paul Broni, Vice President, Bank of America Merrill Lynch

  •     David Cusimano, Principal, Accel-KKR

  •     Jeremy Ellis, Managing Director, Genesis Capital, LLC

  •     Bill Lundstrom, Partner, Eagle Merchant Partners

  •     Tom Matthesen, President, Thrive Farmers International

  •     Jeff Neppl, Partner, The Koblentz Group

  •     Karen Robinson Cope, Executive Vice President, NanoLumens

  •     Steve Tye, Managing Director, Croft & Bender LP

  •     Bill Wade, Founder and CEO, Company.com

The following officers were also elected to serve a one-year term:

Patrick Putman, Managing Director & Head of Atlanta Commercial Banking, The PrivateBank – Chairman of the Board

  •     Denise Boyd, Partner, Grant Thornton, LLP – Immediate Past Chairman

Additionally, the ACG Atlanta Board of Directors promoted Melanie Brandt to President and Chief Executive Officer. Brandt, who was previously ACG Atlanta’s Executive Director, will also serve as a non-voting member of the ACG Executive and Board Nominations Committees.
