Friday, June 23rd, 2017

Navicure, a provider of integrated cloud-based medical claims management, patient payment and healthcare data analytics solutions, announced two key appointments to its executive team, Andrea Maizes and Robert Hendricks. Maizes joins Navicure as chief human resources officer, and Hendricks comes to Navicure as chief technology officer. The two executive appointments follow the recent addition of Kermit Randa as the company’s first chief growth officer.

Previously with Tradestation Group, a global financial services and software development firm, Maizes assumes leadership of Navicure’s human resources department. In her new role, Maizes will focus on talent acquisition and management as Navicure’s organization expands in all functional areas to over three hundred employees. Maizes brings a wealth of experience to her new role, most recently serving as vice president, human resources at Tradestation Group for four years, and working as vice president of human resources with Equitrac for ten years prior. Maizes also has experience in leadership roles with Human Resource Associates, Convergent Group (now SchlumbergerSema), Cambridge Technology Partners, Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen. Maizes attended Clark University where she was honored as Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa.

Robert Hendricks, previously with McKesson Corporation, assumes leadership of Navicure’s technology team, responsible for supporting and enhancing Navicure’s current portfolio of revenue cycle solutions while continuing to develop new, industry-leading products. Hendricks served in various leadership roles at McKesson since 2004, most recently as SVP, technology and operations, chief technology officer and chief information officer for McKesson Technology Solutions. Hendricks’ previous experience also includes technology and information leadership at Atlantic Health System, KPMG Consulting and Aflac. Hendricks holds an MBA degree from Auburn University and a bachelor’s degree from Columbus State University.

Both Maizes and Hendricks will report to Navicure’s CEO, Jim Denny, who said, “We’re thrilled to be attracting the caliber of executive talent that we have in both Andrea and Robert. The timing couldn’t be better as we shift into a higher gear of growth following last year’s investment by Bain Capital Private Equity. Since that transaction, we’ve been working to develop a clear, strategic growth plan, which includes continued organic growth from new and existing highly integrated products. Andrea and Roberts’ deep experience and talents will be essential as we move forward with capturing the enormous growth opportunities in front of us.”
