Skyer Named Georgia Transit Association Bylaws Committee Chairman

Mitch Skyer, president of Passio Technologies, has been named chairman of the Bylaws Committee for the Georgia Transit Association.
In the role, Skyer is responsible for making sure the GTA’s board adheres to all rules during its meetings. The committee is also responsible for managing any proposed changes to the organization’s rules.
