Paul Shailendra, president of SG Property Services, along with Phillip Hight, president of Hight Property Group, has purchased a 64,000-square-foot building on Willingham Drive near Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport for $3,000,000.

The two property groups recently bought, and then sold a building near the airport to a customs broker, all in less than a year.

"We're both very bullish on the airport submarket," Shailendra said. "We think long-term plans for this area, the investments made by the Airport authority and its spillover effect on the surrounding area, as well as the burgeoning film industry, will make this an attractive property."

Hight agreed.

"The property's location in the Hartsfield-Jackson airport submarket made it an attractive investment," Hight said. "We plan to hold onto this investment on a long-term basis, given the continued growth of the airport."

Shailendra seconded Hight, indicating that they haven't given serious thought yet about an exit strategy for this property.

"Right now, buying it is what was important to us because of the value we see in this area," he said.
