CGS, a global provider of business applications, enterprise learning and outsourcing services, announced the opening of its new office in the City of Peachtree Corners, Gwinnett County, metro Atlanta, Georgia. The company, which has been in Atlanta for more than 10 years, outgrew its previous facility as the company expanded its customer base and services.

“We’re excited to officially open our new facility to further provide best-in-class services to current and future customers,” said Phil Friedman, president and CEO, CGS. “With the continued expansion of our contact center business, it was essential to not just find a larger space, but one with improved security and technology capabilities. The Peachtree Corners venue allows for advancing the support of our global customer base.”

The Atlanta-based venue is a high-volume contact center office, providing help desk, tech support, customer care, sales and financial process outsourcing services. The new facility provides much-needed room for growth for its 350 dedicated customer service professionals as well as access to key technology and facility upgrades to better serve the company’s customers and its employees. The 55,000-square-foot space allows for up to 1,200 employees, more than doubling its previous location. The facility also includes a biometric security system, secured access rooms, and a state-of-the-art data center for reliable operations and to protect in the handling of sensitive customer information.

The new facility also offers added training space to accommodate the anticipated growth. CGS maintains its own training practice and the training team members are co-located with the agents in each of its global facilities. Customized to meet each client’s needs, agents are trained on-site to provide the required customer care and technical support.

The new facility, located at 3795 Data Drive in Peachtree Corners, is one of CGS’s 18 global locations. The office currently houses 350 full-time employees who provide business process outsourcing services to some of the world’s largest brands.
