Staff Report From Metro Atlanta CEO

Thursday, September 28th, 2017

TITLE Boxing Club, named the #1 Fastest-Growing Franchise by Inc. Magazine in 2015, is hitting Metro
Atlanta. TITLE Boxing Club, the nation's leading boutique boxing fitness franchise, opened its Kennesaw location on Sept. 26. Kennesaw Mayor Derek Easterling was on hand to throw out the ceremonial first
punch.

The Kennesaw location, owned by Ben Olmstead, joins one in Alpharetta that is owned by former Atlanta Falcon Bryan Scott.

“TITLE Boxing Club’s workout helps people fight the anxiety and stress in their daily grind – all while building confidence, toning muscles and burning calories,” said Olmstead, franchise owner of the Kennesaw club. “No matter where you are in your fitness journey, there’s a place for you at TITLE Boxing Club.”

Rather than sparring or one-on-one bouts, TITLE Boxing Club members receive a full-body workout through the combination of boxing and intense cardio. The class utilizes the fundamentals of a true boxer's workout to strengthen and tone arms, legs, back, core and confidence.

Participants can burn up to 1,000 calories in the 60-minute class.

Nationwide, TITLE members have noted several positive benefits from workouts, including:

·         Increased core strength and toned muscles

·         More calories burned

·         Increased confidence and energy

·         Reduced stress and boost in happiness

The Kennesaw location features free weights and 42 heavy bags, representing more than two tons of bags. Members can also utilize personal trainers in the space.
