Robinson Weeks Partners, an Atlanta-based real estate development and acquisition company, announced a new build-to-suit project with Cummins Inc. for 135,000 square feet at Gillem Logistics Center Building #300 in Forest Park, GA. The Class A industrial project is located in the south Atlanta industrial market. Cummins chose Gillem Logistics Center #300 as a location for its new regional distribution center, where it will provide parts to Cummins service locations and dealers in the southeast United States.
