Synthio, formerly known as Social123, the fastest-growing data-as-a-service platform, today announced the appointment of Ken Walters to its Board of Directors.  

With more than 30 years of experience in information technology and software applications, Walters has a robust track record of success in the enterprise solutions market.

In his previous role as President and Chief Operating Officer at Infor, one of the largest privately held software companies and a leader in enterprise software and services, Walters was at the helm of more than 25 acquisitions as the company grew from $40 million to over $800 million in revenue.

During his career, Walters has also served as President and CEO of HiddenMind Technologies, COO of Internet Security Systems, President of Impact Innovations Group and a Managing Partner at Coopers & Lybrand. He also serves as a director and advisor for a number of privately held SaaS companies, including Blue Ridge Software, Izenda, QASymphony, Prevalent and Kobiton. Ken has a B.S. degree from Bowling Green State University in Ohio, where he was a three-time All-American golfer and was inducted into the school's Athletic Hall of Fame.
