Atlanta Manufacturer Acquires Georgia Tech Spinoff

East West Manufacturing, LLC, a global design, manufacturing and distribution business, announced that it has agreed to acquire the assets of Innovolt, an industry leading power protection and data company. The acquisition of Innovolt’s proprietary power protection and data capabilities represents a significant opportunity to enhance the growth of East West and advance the Company’s strategic focus on growing its electronics business.
