PruittHealth, a Southeast regional leader in post-acute care, is partnering for the third year in a row with Second Wind Dreams. The partnership will continue to further the organization's mission – improving the quality of life for older adults. Second Wind Dreams is recognized as the nation's first organization dedicated to changing society's perception of aging by starting a cultural conversation and fulfilling individual elder dreams.

As part of the partnership, PruittHealth's 180 locations will participate in enhancing their patients' lives by recognizing and fulfilling their dreams through the Committed to Caring Challenge. All locations are encouraged to participate in this challenge, which allows patients at each facility to experience a dream they may not otherwise have been able to do, such as becoming a flight attendant or performing a skydive.

"We are extremely proud of our partnership with PruittHealth and their commitment to the Dreams Program," stated Second Wind Dreams Director of Community Relations Amy Safran. "Through their dedication, we have witnessed countless lives impacted as the bar for person-centered care is raised when an individual's dream is fulfilled."

"We are privileged to continue working with Second Wind Dreams for the third year in a row," said Neil L. Pruitt, Jr., Chairman & CEO of PruittHealth. "Through this partnership, we have made and can continue to make a positive, lasting difference in the lives of our 24,000 patients. It is truly an inspiring program."

The PruittHealth Committed to Caring Challenge submission deadline is March 16, and three winners are selected and announced in early May each year.
