Krevolin & Horst Welcomes New Corporate Partner and New Litigation Associate

Krevolin & Horst, LLC is pleased to announce that Cristiane (“Crissy”) R. Wolfe has joined the firm as the newest member of Krevolin & Horst’s corporate practice as a partner. Joshua I. McLaurin joins the firm's litigation practice as an associate.
 
Crissy is a business lawyer who focuses her practice on providing corporate and transaction counsel to public and private companies in a variety of industries, including the healthcare and aviation industries.  She regularly represents middle market companies in transactions ranging from US$5million to US$250,000,000, on both the buy and sell side. In addition, Crissy advises clients on day-to-day corporate and business matters, joint ventures and strategic partnerships. Crissy also frequently advises tax exempt organizations, including 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(6) organizations.  Before Krevolin & Horst, Crissy was most recently a partner in the Dentons’ Atlanta office.

Outside of legal practice, Crissy serves on the Board of Legal Aid Atlanta.  She has previously held roles on its Advisory Council and was one of the co-founders of the Service Council, and the ALAS/AVLF Beer Tasting and BBQ Battle, one of the most well-attended summer events in the Atlanta legal community.  Crissy is also on the Board of Directors of the Business and Finance Section of the Atlanta Bar Association and is currently serving as its Secretary. Crissy was also a recipient of the 2017 "On the Rise" from the Fulton County Daily Report, as well as the M&A Advisor Emerging Leaders award.
 
Josh is a litigation associate who focuses his practice on commercial litigation and appeals. He received his bachelor’s degree and MPA from the University of Georgia. After graduating from Yale Law School, Josh clerked for the Honorable Judges Jill Pryor and Robin S. Rosenbaum of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and spent a year in the general litigation group of a New York firm.
