The Colliers International East Region Multifamily Advisory Group represented AMG Marion, LLC in the $2.1 million sale of Cambridge Apartments, a value-add, 66-unit multifamily asset in Columbus, Ohio. Private buyer Ravi Chenna purchased the asset.
