River Edge Behavioral Health Continues to Expand in Fulton County

River Edge Behavioral Health opens a third location in Fulton County. Contracted by Fulton Board of Commissioners, the behavioral health care provider now offers core outpatient mental health and substance use disorder treatment services to uninsured adult Fulton County residents living in the south part of the county.

Adding to offerings begun in January 2018, the Center for Health and Rehabilitation on Boulevard as well as at the Fulton North Service Center on Roswell Road, River Edge began offering core adult services at the South Fulton Service Center at 5600 Stonewall Tell Road in South Fulton on June 13, 2018. Adult core behavioral health services include intake assessments, individual counseling, group counseling, case management, peer services and medication management. Hours of operation for River Edge: South Fulton Service Center are Monday through Friday from 8:30a.m. to 5:00p.m. Walk-ins are also accepted until 3:00 pm for same day service.  Right now, only uninsured residents can be served at the South Fulton location; applications to serve individuals covered by Medicaid and other insurances are in process.
