Leadership Cobb has selected 50 new participants for the 2018-2019 class. Leadership Cobb is a leadership development program focused on personal and professional growth through awareness, community resources and the social, political and economic needs of the community at large.

This year’s class will be led by Co-Chairs Christina Martin, Kaiser Permanente, and Tripp Boyer, Wells Fargo Advisors, and Vice Co-Chairs, Melissa Perignat, Holt Ney Zatcoff & Wasserman, and Mike DeWitt, Brightworth Financial. “Lean in. Reach Out.” is the 2019 class theme and throughout the year, participants in the program will be challenged to look for opportunities to seek challenges, take risks and pursue their goals.
Class members have been selected from various industries, community organizations, government entities, religious organizations, volunteer programs and other organizations in Cobb County. Throughout the next year, the 50 selected participants will train and study the art of effective leadership through lectures, dialogues and retreats. The goal of their time with Leadership Cobb is to push their own self-discovery, expand upon their pre-existing talents and skills, and to take their leadership abilities from potential to powerful. Leadership Cobb began in 1983 and continues to this day to be one of the most respected leadership programs in the state.
