Lincoln Property Company Southeast announced it has been awarded the management and leasing assignment for 3400 Overton Park Drive, a 172,756-square-foot, Class-AA office building located in the Cumberland/Galleria submarket of Atlanta. Property management will be led by Senior Portfolio Manager Tom Laverty and overseen by Vice President Shane Froman on behalf of the owner, Innovatus Capital Partners, LLC (“Innovatus”) an independent adviser and portfolio management firm with approximately $1.6 billion in assets under managment. Senior Vice President Hunter Henritze, Senior Vice President Michael Howell and Senior Leasing Associate Caroline Fisher will oversee leasing of the building.
