At the 38th annual OBIE Award ceremony hosted by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, premier in-town homebuilder Brock Built Homes won a total of 23 OBIEs, including two prestigious Community of the Year awards for its Westside Station and Johnson’s Grove neighborhoods.

The OBIE Awards are the premier awards in Atlanta’s home construction industry, celebrating commitment to innovation  in new home building, remodeling and marketing (TV spots, social media, print and website) categories. Brock Built was awarded 10 Gold OBIE Awards, 11 Silver OBIE Awards and two Community of the Year Awards - Community of the Year Mixed Use – Westside Station and Community of the Year 20 Units or Less – Johnson's Grove.

The gold OBIE Awards received by Brock Built included:

As a pioneer of the intown area of Atlanta, Steve Brock started building homes in the late 1990s in that area, seeing opportunity, where others saw a forgotten area.
