Taylor English Duma LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Bryce Linsenmayer as a partner in the firm’s Corporate practice.

In his third decade of practice, Linsenmayer has built a reputation for assisting top national and global clients. He focuses his practice on securities law and mergers and acquisitions with a particular focus on the energy, technology, cybersecurity, environmental, travel and leisure and healthcare industries. Linsenmayer has also advised issuers and investment bankers in public offerings and domestic and foreign private placements of debt and equity securities, including numerous offerings on the NASDAQ, NYSE, and The London Stock Exchange particularly the AIM Market for smaller cap companies.

Prior to joining Taylor English, Linsenmayer was a partner in a large international firm. He routinely represents domestic and foreign clients in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions, joint ventures, technology licensing, corporate governance, oil and gas transactions and corporate finance.

Linsenmayer earned his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Trinity University where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, and his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law.
