Brooke Haynes Joins Hire Profile as a Talent Manager and Recruiter

Creative services and studio production leader, Brooke Haynes, has joined Hire Profile as a talent manager and recruiter. While her new position may be a departure from the work she’s done previously, the move was one she’d been contemplating.

“I’ve always loved the hiring process, and it’s something I have done in my career,” Haynes said. “I enjoy meeting and interviewing people. There are few things as satisfying as knowing you’ve helped match the right person with the right career opportunity.”

Brooke’s decision to make a career move couldn’t have come at a better time for Nancy Gamble, president and CEO of Hire Profile. She was looking for a creative powerhouse to join her company, and Brooke was that person.

Haynes brings 17 years of industry experience to her new role. She started her career as a graphic designer before moving into leadership positions. Her extensive background includes work at some of Atlanta’s top advertising and marketing agencies. These include LBi, Digitas, and 22squared, where she handled top brands, such as The Home Depot, Baskin-Robbins, SunTrust, Cox and Bayer.

An Atlanta native, Haynes earned a degree in Business Administration from Georgia Perimeter College and a BFA from the Art Institute of Atlanta. She is an avid sports fanatic – football, baseball, basketball, and tennis. She lives in Lawrenceville with her husband Jason, son Pierson and dogs Izzy and Chipper.
