Aliera Healthcare, an industry-leader in traditional and non-traditional healthcare plans, announced the promotions of Chase Moses to president and Shantanu Paul to chief operating officer. The promotions of Moses and Paul position the company for continued national growth and to meet increasing demand for its wide range of health plans.

Previously serving as Aliera’s executive vice president and chief operating officer, Moses managed the company’s growth and development, increasing revenue and staff to more than $300 million and 300 employees, respectively, in three years. As president, Moses will head the human resources, training, sales, operations and marketing departments.

“I look forward to building upon our reputation of bringing positive change to the healthcare industry by constantly refining our best-in-class health plan offerings to meet changing consumer demands.” said Moses. “We take pride in achieving the highest standards of excellence in member satisfaction and my goal is to further advance our position as one of the nation’s most valued healthcare plan options.”

A highly-experienced healthcare industry professional, Paul most recently served as Aliera’s chief technology officer where he led design, development, and implementation of technology systems and processes. As chief operating officer, he will be responsible for overseeing the growth and evolution of the company’s business functions across member experience, member service, operations, IT, and claims.

“Aliera has grown exponentially in recent years and my goal is to extend our momentum well into the future,” said Paul. “We are a company staffed by experienced professionals known for providing members with innovative, affordable health plan options that meet a variety of individual, family and group needs. I am confident in our team’s ability to create new products and services that will help us continue achieving our ambitious growth objectives.”
