Atlanta-based TI Asset Management, a full-service real estate asset and property management firm, has added Sandra Bowen as a partner. Since 2003 Bowen has served TIAM as Vice President of Finance and Controller. She will continue in those roles, adding Partner to her roles and duties.

“Sandra exemplifies our commitment to working with our investors, residents, commercial tenants and government clients to achieve excellence in property asset management,” says Margaret A. (Marjy) Stagmeier, TIAM’s Founder, “so it is natural that we now welcome her as a Partner.”

Bowen previously served as assistant regional controller for Corporate Express Delivery. When she is not working, she loves to read, travel and spend time with her grandchildren.

TI Asset Management, which was founded in 1995, is defined by its commitment to value management. Each asset has a strategic business plan addressing global asset management requirements, property potential and expectations for local management. TIAM applies this business strategy to clients’ financial aspirations while working with each real estate stakeholder to establish realistic ownership objectives, and has provided asset and property management services for over 5.0 million square feet of commercial and residential real estate.

“I am proud to take on the role of Partner with TI Asset Management, as it has been gratifying to work alongside our impressive team of employees,” Bowen says. “I look forward to continuing our journey together in this expanded role.”
