PGi, a business communications provider with a focus on helping people connect, announced the appointment of Ms. Francoise Caraguel, a proven global expert in developing and implementing innovative human capital solutions, as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective immediately.
 
Francoise is responsible for championing the growth and development of PGi's global workforce. She leads the creation and implementation of the PGi global human resources strategy across the business and will work to build talent and organizational capability as the company launches into new markets and prepares its workforce for the future.
She brings a strong track record of building and developing highly effective human resource service delivery models that drive sustainable business results.
