Planned Companies, the fastest growing real estate service provider, continues its growth and now provides their range of offerings to the city of Atlanta, Georgia. With headquarters in Parsippany, New Jersey, Planned currently serves the entire eastern seaboard and has extended to the southeast region with a presence in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.

With a variety of commercial and residential real estate offerings, Planned now supplies all of the same industry leading janitorial, maintenance, concierge/front desk and security services to a new metropolitan area.

“For Planned, our product is our people," stated Juan Jose Chaves, Vice President of Sales and Operations South Region. "The services we provide add value to both small and large-scale properties by supplying clients with meaningful solutions and powerful management tools to drive communication and promote a customer service culture."

As Planned establishes their budding existence in Georgia, they most recently completed an agreement to deliver janitorial and concierge services at the Greystar owned and managed, Ascent Midtown in Atlanta.

"When we set out to find a provider, we wanted to ensure that the company selected shared our mission of providing the highest level of customer service," explained Samantha Caparas, Lease-Up Community Manager at Greystar. “And it became quite apparent that Planned's customer service is the backbone of their business which evidently attributes to their proven track record for making the lives of property managers trouble-free."

Although new to the Atlanta market, Planned has been delivering unparalleled consistency, accountability and quality to its partners since 1898 and has been working with other Greystar properties in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and California for several years.

Planned Companies initiated the development of the southern territory about a year ago and is looking to continue its rapid development across the United States.
