Engel & Völkers Atlanta announce the addition of former Atlanta Intown Real Estate partner, Julian Rather and his business partner, Jeremy Smith, to the firm’s luxury brokerage division. The top producing duo specialize in luxury condominium sales in Atlanta’s top intown neighborhoods and will continue this market focus at their new home base.

After almost two decades of experience in the real estate industry and a growing interest in the millennial demographic, Associate Broker Rather partnered with budding agent Smith seven years ago, forming “Intown Advisors.”
 
In 2018, Rather and Smith were named the top producing team at Atlanta Intown, achieving over $12 million in sales. Both received lifetime membership in the Atlanta REALTORS® Association’s “Million Dollar Club,” exclusive to REALTORS® who have produced over $5 million in sales volume, notably Smith became one of the youngest advisors to achieve this honor. The Atlanta REALTORS® Association honored Rather with the prestigious Phoenix Award, and he has served as president of several luxury condominium associations.
