Simon, a global leader in premier shopping, dining, entertainment and mixed-use destinations, today announced the upcoming addition of Capital One Café. The first of its kind in Georgia, this innovative space is set to open by the end of the year.

Capital One Cafés integrate digital tools and in-person interactions focused on customer needs, so accessing banking products and services is a simple, stress-free and seamless experience. Capital One Cafes are places where people can get help with their accounts, learn about new digital and financial tools, use free Wi-Fi, use ATMs, or grab a Peet’s coffee and a local pastry. Capital One cardholders get 50% off Peet's handcrafted beverages every day, but the space is open to everyone, not just customers.

“We are always seeking to bring new, interactive experiences for our guests at Lenox Square,” said Michelle Smart, vice president of leasing for Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza. “Our ability to attract inventive brands such as Capital One is what makes Lenox Square consistently one of the most iconic shopping, dining, entertainment and mixed-use destinations in the Southeast.”

This 4,300 square-foot state-of-the-art location will also feature a “Demo Bar” and interactive digital screens where guests will be able to test emerging technologies, learn about local events, products and more. In addition to these tools, the Café offers free programs open to all visitors including Money Coaching and Money Workshops. Money Coaching is a confidential program, with a Certified Coach, where people can create a personalized action plan to better connect life and money goals. Money Workshops are a series of seminars themed around different life moments such as “Talk Money with Your Honey” or “Moving on up in Work and in Life.”

News of this new space follows the announcement of the renowned esthetician school and spa, Elaine Sterling Institute -- opening in summer, 2019. This 25,768 square-foot state-of-the-art location provides educational excellence in the field of esthetics and offers students a competitive advantage in cosmetology and massage therapy. This location will offer clients a variety of affordable, cutting-edge spa services, including HydraFacials, body contouring, cellulite treatments, organic facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, microdermabrasion and more.
