Lincoln Property Company Southeast Secures 15,000 SF of New Leases at Marietta Technology Center

Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) secured three new leases at 2121 Newmarket Parkway Southeast, a single-story office/flex building at Marietta Technology Center. Jeff Henson and George Gwaltney of Lincoln handle leasing on behalf of the owners, Praelium Commercial Real Estate and South Street Partners. 

New leases at 2121 Newmarket Parkway include the following:

  • Hopebridge Pediatric Specialists will occupy 9,694 square feet at the building. Eric Geheber and Jeremy Adams of JLL represented the tenant.

  • GPI Geospatial, Inc. will occupy 2,935 square feet at the building. Keith Wood of Atlanta Communities Brokerage represented the tenant.

  • Bamboo Hardwoods will occupy 2,141 square feet at the building.

2121 Newmarket Parkway Southeast is a single-story office/flex building totaling 85,685 square feet with only two vacancies left (5,488 SF and 7,264 SF). The property features prominent monument signage, on-site attentive property management and engineering, ample free surface parking, tenant-controlled utilities, full-height floor to ceiling windows, grade-level loading and well-capitalized ownership.

Marietta Technology Center also offers market-leading egress and ingress to I-285 and I-75 with multiple points of access to and from the project. 

Marietta Technology Center is located within the Marietta Opportunity Zone, which provides a $3,500 tax credit per eligible net new job created. This is available to be claimed for five years with a 10-year carry provision.
