Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has secured a new lease at Lakeside at Peachtree Corners, totaling 19,279 square feet. Matt Davis represented the landlord, The Ardent Companies. Doug Wise with CRESA Partners represented the tenant, NanoLumens.
 
Based in Atlanta, NanoLumens manufactures indoor and outdoor LED displays and video walls for a variety of private and commercial projects. The company will relocate its southeastern headquarters to 5390 Triangle Parkway, a 68,832-square-foot office building at Lakeside at Peachtree Corners, a three-building office park.
 
“Now 91% leased, we are thrilled to see the ongoing leasing activity and interest in Lakeside at Peachtree Corners,” said Lincoln’s Davis. “With easy access to upscale amenities and connection to Peachtree Corners’ booming Town Center development, Lakeside at Peachtree Corners will provide the perfect location for NanoLumen’s southeastern headquarters and position the company for success.”
 
The office park is located just six miles from I-285 and less than a five-minute walk from the Forum, an upscale outdoor shopping center with a variety of shopping and dining options. In 2016, Peachtree Corners began construction of an 11.5-mile, multi-use trail system that will offer tenants walkable access to surrounding amenities. With the development of Peachtree Corners Town Center underway, entertainment venues, restaurants, shops and townhomes will soon be available to tenants within walking distance.
