Financial stress from owning a business starts with inadequate awareness of the venture’s key financial drivers. The next challenge is knowing how to manage them. This course provides an understanding of essential financial reports like the Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and Balance Sheet, and financial management tools like budgeting, financial dashboards, cash flow analysis, and expense tracking. Be adept with the financials of your business and lower your stress as a business owner. You’ll also be better equipped to qualify for a business loan or attract investors when the business needs it.
