Interior design firm Crosby Design Group recently completed work on EVOQ Town Flats, a boutique-sized community for mature professionals. The Crosby team helped with amenity construction design and selected interior finishes for the leasing office, club, fitness and corridors as well as selected the finishes for all residences.

“EVOQ Town Flats allowed us to showcase beautiful, livable design for 55+ residents that lives and provides all the amenities they want now and may need later,” Crosby Design Group President Jennifer Crosby said. “This was a fun, unique project from start to finish.”

Targeted toward the mature professional on the go, EVOQ Town Flats is an age-restricted community developed by One Street Residential that features more than 20 home designs with one-to-two bedrooms. Crosby Design Team worked to create homes that were not only thoughtfully designed with open-concept layouts and furniture selected for its comfort height but that ADA requirements were also met. Notable appointments include soaring 11-foot ceilings, dedicated dining rooms, gas ranges and more.

“EVOQ Town Flats in Johns Creek is a pilot 55+ luxury rental community brand and as such, the first impression of the community by prospective residents is of utmost importance,” OneStreet Residential Development Director Deke Rochester said. “Crosby Design Group brought that impression to fruition.

EVOQ Town Flats is the first joint venture location between OneStreet Residential and Atlantic Residential, both established players in the Atlanta multifamily market. Equity for the project is being provided by Northwest Mutual.
