Transwestern Adds Liz Love to Atlanta Office Tenant Representation Group

Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces Liz Love has joined the company’s tenant advisory team in Atlanta as Managing Director. Love will work with Senior Managing Director Bradley Fulkerson and Managing Director Peyton Wimberly, who joined the team in March, to guide smart, value-creating business decisions for real estate owners and tenants. 

“Liz brings a fresh perspective and tenacious spirit to Transwestern,” said Fulkerson. “Her proven track record combined with an ability to challenge the status quo and dig deeper to uncover solutions will help us deliver transformative results for our clients and business partners.” 

Love comes to Transwestern most recently from JLL, where she was Senior Vice President. Over the past 18 years, she has provided tenant representation and occupier consultation services to more than 300 local and national companies. She has negotiated more than $800 million in leases and $100 million in building and land sales. Love’s notable recent transactions include Greystar’s regional relocation in Midtown Atlanta, Lidl’s first regional office in Atlanta, and facilitating new locations for Snapchat and Stamps.com.

As a former college athlete at the University of Kentucky and a professional singer, Love understands the value of hard work and discipline when preparing for the success of any project. She is an engaging leader recognized for her strategic counsel, business insights and passion for championing the growth of emerging leaders and underrepresented professionals throughout their careers. 

Love is a member of CCIM Georgia Chapter, CoreNet Global Atlanta Chapter, CREW Atlanta, Georgia State University’s Leadership Council, the Atlanta Women’s Foundation and Fernbank Museum’s Leadership Council. She is an annual member of Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors’ Million Dollar Club and a Phoenix Award recipient.
