Present the following business seminars in September 2020: 

Evaluating My Business’ Current Financial Status - Online Webinar - Gwinnett 

Thursday, September 10th   10 am-11:30 am   $0  

First is a series of 4 webinars. (in Partnership with Gwinnett Tech)  

This class will help businesses understand how to determine and manage their financial situation as we been the recovery from the COVID crisis.  The topics covered will be: 

  • What is my current cash situation?

  • How do I forecast what I will need?

  • What are the key terms and metrics I need to understand

  • How do I manage my business through this period

  • What impact will my disaster loans have on my financial status going forward?

The focus will be on cash flow forecasting and management and potential sources of financing.

Rethinking Your Business Plan

This business plan class enables the aspiring or existing business owner to understand the effects of extraordinary changes in the business environment on an envisioned or ongoing venture.   

Insights and perspectives  covered in this class allow the participant to develop a business plan that’s responsive to the  current environment and credible not only to investors and lenders but more importantly to the entrepreneur to use as a ‘roadmap’ to manage their business.    

A Strategic Position resulting from Marketing & Competition Analysis, including a sound Operating and Financial Plan, are covered in this class. Management & Organization is discussed as are Risk Management, Legal Business Structure, and the Executive Summary.  The
