Pelitera began her career in Naples, Florida, where she worked with residential and business clients.  Her passion for superior customer service was fostered through positions with Delta Air Lines, Eastern Airlines and Com Air, and she devotes time and resources to numerous nonprofits including Habitat for Humanity, Firefighter’s Ball, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Pop Warner Youth Football & Cheer.  She currently lives in Woodstock, Ga.

Among her current listings is a brand-new, unique live-work-play building at 150 Fowler Street in award-winning Downtown Woodstock, Ga.  The three-story building includes 4,000 square feet on each floor:  commercial space on the ground floor (currently leased for 10 years), two office spaces on the second floor and two 2,000 square-foot penthouse condos on the top floor with dedicated parking.  https://debrapelitera.evrealestate.com/ListingDetails/150-Fowler-Street-Woodstock-GA-30188/6787252

“This beautiful new building is ideal for anyone who wants to live and work in the same building, with dynamic dining, entertainment, shopping, walking and bicycling trails and more, all within an easy walk,” said Pelitera.  “Investors might be attracted to 150 Fowler Street since the ground floor is already leased for 10 years.  Newcomers are amazed at what we have here in Woodstock, just 30 miles north of Atlanta.  The community was reborn in recent years, and now balances a modern vitality with small-town charm.  Historic buildings have been renovated into restaurants and retail with condos and apartments above, and new residential neighborhoods have been built, along with parks and amenities.”
