Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has significantly expanded its retail management portfolio with the addition of a 700,000-square-foot assignment from Asana Partners, featuring some of the most prominent retail properties throughout intown Atlanta. Lincoln Senior Vice President Shane Froman will oversee the property management teams, which will be led by Senior Portfolio Manager John Grozine. 

Since January 2020, Lincoln’s property management team has won over 4.5 million square feet of new retail and industrial assignments such as Georgia International Trade Center in Savannah, Ga.

From a property management standpoint, Lincoln will assist with renovations, coordinate tenant relations and provide support across the portfolio on behalf of the owner.
