Bellyard launches Drawbar’s Fall Tailgate Menu and Weekend Brunch Bloody Mary Bar

Bellyard, West Midtown Atlanta, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, unveils its all-new, fall-forward Tailgate Menu, perfect for football fans visiting Drawbar this season. The hotel lounge offers a premier culinary and mixology experience, featuring an inventive menu of locally sourced and Southern-inspired eats along with craft cocktails and more. In addition, the hotel eatery’s newly launched Brunch now features a Bloody Mary bar each Saturday and Sunday.

Drawbar’s Tailgate Menu includes football favorites, such as Soft Pretzels with Beer Cheese; Salt and Malt Vinegar Pork Minds; Bellyard Sliders; Peach Cider Pulled Pork Sliders; Bacon Collard Green Dip; Fried Hot Dogs and more. The menu runs from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on select gamedays, with bites ranging from $7 to $16. The hotel lounge will stream games of favorite local teams, including the University of Georgia Bulldogs, Atlanta United, Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets and the Atlanta Falcons. “Georgians clearly love to come together to support their favorite teams, and we wanted to further fuel this spirit,” explains Chef Christina Wai. “My inspiration for the fall Tailgate Menu was to bring fan favorites to the table like sliders and dips, but with a fresh, elevated spin. We look forward to cheering on these amazing teams this season, alongside our locals and visiting guests.”

The Tailgate Menu includes craft cocktails that pay homage to the game of football and local mascots. The Yellowjacket is a fresh, yet sweet libation made with honeysuckle vodka, iced tea, lemonade and triple sec. A twist on the standard Bloody Mary, The Hail Mary offers an extra kick, using a horseradish mix and garnished with a lemon, lime and bacon. The Dirty Bird mixes with Jack Daniels whiskey, Coca-Cola and a cherry luxardo juice for added sweetness.

Another new addition for the hotel lounge and eatery, Drawbar’s recently launched Brunch Menu now features a customizable Bloody Mary bar, available each Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.  The bar features five liquors selections: ASW Busstletown vodka, Hanson’s Organic Habanero vodka Tanteo Blanco tequila, Tanteo Chipotle tequila and Banhez mezcal. Three refreshing base options include classic, habanero and horseradish. Garnish choices are lime, pepperoni and celery – with upgrades of shrimp, olives, bacon and blue cheese available – and rim options include salt and tajin.
