James Bates Brannan Groover LLP, a full-service law firm with offices in Macon, Atlanta, and Athens announces the addition of attorney Mark Buckland to the firm’s Tax and Wealth Planning practice group.

Mark’s practice focuses on corporate and transactional law, including corporate formation, structuring corporate entities and contractual negotiations. Prior to joining JBBG, Mark gained experience in a wide range of bankruptcy, real estate, corporate and business matters, including extensive experience in representation of property owners and tenants in commercial leasing matters.

Mark earned his B.S. in Psychology from Georgia College & State University in 2014. He then earned his J.D. from Mercer University School of Law in 2018.
