Sterling Seacrest Pritchard, one of the nation’s top 100 commercial insurance brokerages, has announced the hire of Jenny Saint Preux as Organizational Manager of Talent and Development. Jenny is based in the company’s Atlanta office where she concentrates on insurance related training, employee engagement, quality assurance, and client service. 

Prior to joining Sterling Seacrest Pritchard, Jenny worked in various positions within the insurance industry including account executive and employee training professional. With over a decade of experience, Jenny has provided the vital component of business strategy to her clients through her experience in underwriting, sales, and risk management. 

Jenny has earned numerous certifications and honors over the years including an Integrity Selling Certificate, Integrity Coaching Certificate, Associates in General Insurance (AINS), Associates in Insurance Services, Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), and a Property and Casualty Agent’s License. She earned a degree in both Business Administration and Psychology from Florida A&M University and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Strayer University. 

Jenny is an active member of several civic organizations including the Atlanta Association of Insurance Professionals, The Atlanta Chapter of the National African Americans in Insurance Association where she serves as the Recording Secretary, the National Black MBA Association Atlanta Chapter, and the Association for Talent Development. She was selected as an Emerging Leader for NAAIA in 2019 and is currently serving on a team that is developing a mentorship program for middle career diverse talent.
