Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has been awarded the management assignment for 4695 Aviation Parkway, a 122,880-square-foot industrial facility in South Atlanta. Lincoln’s Senior Portfolio Manager Industrial Lead Kim Steward and Senior Vice President Shane Froman will oversee management on behalf of COHEN Asset Management, Inc.

4695 Aviation Parkway is located adjacent to the convergence of I-75 and I-286, less than one mile from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The warehouse sits on a 6.56-acre lot and features 113 auto parking spaces as well as three acres of additional outdoor storage. The property is currently fully leased.
