Vista Realty Partners and Batson-Cook Development Company (BCDC) have started Sweetwater Vista, a 300-unit garden apartment community in the metro Atlanta city of Douglasville. 

Located on Riverside Parkway adjacent to Sweetwater Creek State Park, the 51.28-acre property will feature nine three-story residential buildings that will provide housing for renters drawn to the employment opportunities in metro Atlanta and Cobb County. With market-leading amenities, Sweetwater Vista will have a luxury clubhouse and lounge, a fitness and yoga center, resort-style pool and ample open space and nature trails throughout. The property will offer a range of unit sizes with premium interior finishes.

Synovus Bank is providing financing. The project team includes general contractor Flournoy Construction and architect Niles Bolton Associates. The joint-venture partnership expects Sweetwater Vista to welcome residents in the fourth quarter of 2021.
