The Advanced Technology Development Center, Georgia’s technology incubator, announced five startups will be graduating from the program’s top-tier ATDC Signature portfolio at the 2019 ATDC Startup Showcase.
The companies will be honored April 18 in a special ceremony at the 2019 ATDC Startup Showcase, Georgia’s largest annual springtime technology event which will be held at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center (REGISTER HERE).
The ATDC Class of 2019 are:
Evident: simplifies the complicated world of personal data and security by providing a secure API that allow enterprises to obtain and use verified personal data from individuals, without the risk and expense of securing it.
Florence Healthcare: Florence eBinder Suite software helps deliver new breakthroughs sooner by freeing clinical teams to spend more time with patients and less time managing tasks and documentation processes required by the FDA.
Pointivo: Provides technology that captures dimensionally accurate 3D models and measurements of any scene or structure using just a smartphone video camera – no laser scanners or no special hardware required.
Sideqik: An all-in-one influencer marketing automation platform that helps brands discover and activate the right influencers, and quantify their campaigns with end-to-end measurement.
ThingTech: Leverages the Internet of Things (IoT) to connect public and private sector organizations to their data in real-time thereby providing them with new insights into the best ways to dramatically reduce operational costs, operate more efficiently, and ultimately provide the best customer service experience to all their end-point customers.
“ATDC has been a core contributor to Pointivo's success,” said Dan Ciprari, Pointivo’s co-founder and CEO. “I met Habib, my co-founder, while I was serving as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR). We spent our first three years at ATDC, we received more than $1.6 million in NFS grant funding with the help of ATDC, and our first investor came from relationships formed through ATDC.”
ATDC Signature portfolio companies are those deemed most ready for long-term growth and success. ATDC Signature is a rigorous, metrics-driven, and milestones-based program for companies with transformative products.
To graduate from ATDC Signature, the five companies had to meet several milestones: annualized revenue of at least $1 million, an identified scalable business model, and the ability to finance growth.
“We are proud of the ATDC Class of 2019,” said Frank Tighe, ATDC’s lead entrepreneur-in-residence. “They are continuing the state of Georgia’s track record of being a leader in creating high-growth technology companies and high-value jobs.”
Showcase, which draws more than 800 attendees each year, celebrates ATDC’s 39-year legacy of helping entrepreneurs learn, launch, scale, and succeed in creating successful Georgia technology startups. With the addition of these five companies, ATDC has graduated more than 180 technology firms from its globally recognized startup program.
