Last year’s winner, Belue, a Shetland Sheepdog from Sumter County, was selected from over 150 entries and recognized at the Sunbelt Ag Expo.

The challenges felt never-ending: homes were destroyed, roadways were inaccessible, and hundreds of people and businesses were dealing with extended power loss.
