CommercialCafe has just published its new office pipeline report for 2023, featuring a look at the state of the pipeline in Q1, as well as a review of the 20 largest office projects scheduled for delivery this year. 

Some highlights for your consideration:

• 3.95 million square feet of new office space were under construction in Atlanta in Q1, representing 2% of existing stock. Atlanta no longer in the top 3. 

• In the first quarter of 2023, more than 100 million square feet of office space was under construction across 25 major U.S. markets.
