200 Peachtree Group, an Atlanta-based hospitality group, today announced two new major developments in the downtown Atlanta area – SKOL Brewing Company and Valhalla Social. The new ventures, both located at 200 Peachtree Street, address a need in the downtown area for the convention and tourism market, especially ahead of the 2025 College Football Playoff National Championship and the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

SKOL Brewing Company is a craft brewery that is expected to open in the Fall/Winter of 2023. The brewery will debut with eight carefully crafted beers and a Nordic-inspired menu curated by Certified Master Chef Rich Rosendale. The 5,000-square-foot space will have approximately 90 seats, with a max capacity of 250 people for private events, providing plenty of room for patrons to roam around and unleash their inner Viking. 

Valhalla Social is a drinkery, eatery, and entertainment hall complete with axe throwing, pool tables, shuffleboards, basketball, skeeball, foosball, ping pong, darts & more. This “eatertainment” concept is expected to open in the Spring/Summer of 2024, and is 15,000 square feet, seating approximately 300 people. Located just above SKOL Brewing Company, Valhalla Social will also serve SKOL Brewing Company craft beers, and the two spaces are easily joined together, providing a max capacity of 750 people for large events. CNNA Architects, an Atlanta-based firm, will oversee both projects.
