Capitol Partners Public Affairs Group, Inc. announced today that Caroline Womack joined the firm as a principal. Womack brings more than a decade of government relations experience, including specialized expertise in the health care sector. Prior to joining Capitol Partners, Womack served as government relations director at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia.
